I have connected my HD-compatible set-top box and HDTV set but I still cannot get any picture on HD channels. What could be wrong?

 
1. Make sure you have tuned to an HD channel available in your area and that your cable connections are correct.

2. Your high-speed data port for HD may have become disabled or may never have been enabled.

3. If the port is active, it is possible that the broadcaster is having technical difficulties transmitting its signal or Insight is having a problem with the channel locally.
