Why won’t my remote control respond when I press a button?
The displayed listing information is incorrect.
I am tuned to an HD channel, however the picture is not displayed full screen. What did I do wrong?
I have connected my HD-compatible set-top box and HDTV set but I still cannot get any picture on HD channels. What could be wrong?
My Program Guide is locked up and the remote and set-top box buttons don’t work either.
