If my service was interrupted, will I receive a credit?

Under certain circumstances, outage credits may be available if the picture and/or sound on a substantial portion of your channels are interrupted for six or more consecutive hours.
Outage credits are calculated from the time you notify our office, and are prorated by multiplying your daily service rate by the number of days of the outage. In no case would you receive less than one day's credit.
If you believe you are eligible for an outage credit, please contact your local Insight office.
