Insight Communications to Announce Fourth Quarter 2003 & Year-end 2003 Results and Host Conference Call

Insight Communications Company, Inc. (Nasdaq: ICCI) will announce its results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2003 on February 26, 2003 prior to market open. Management will then host a conference call later that morning at 10:00 a.m. ET to discuss these results. The conference call will be simultaneously Web cast over the Internet as well.
