Insight Communications Announces Appointments In Programming Department

New York – March 05, 2002

Insight Communications (NASDAQ: ICCI) has announced two appointments within its Marketing & Programming department, according to Pam Euler Halling, Senior Vice President, Marketing & Programming.

Terry Denson has joined Insight as Vice President, Programming and will report directly to Halling. His responsibilities will include contract negotiations, the ongoing evaluation of new and existing programming networks, VOD and SVOD content strategies, as well as contributing to the content development for Insight's interactive digital platform. Denson comes to Insight from MTV Networks, where he served as Director, Business Development Affiliate Sales and Marketing. Prior to that, he worked at ABC, Inc. for over nine years as General Attorney, Legal and Business Affairs.

Additionally, Bill Binford was recently promoted from Programming Manager to Director of Programming. His new position entails the continuation of an effective programming communication process, acting as liaison between all departments at Insight's Home Office and the company's system operations, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of Insight's overall programming strategy. Binford reports to Denson in the New York City Home Office.
