Insight Communications Announces new District Vice President in Central Indiana

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – December 16, 2004 –

Insight Communications (NASDAQ: ICCI) has promoted Wendy Henry to the position of district vice president in its Central Indiana district, effective immediately. Henry replaces Alex Crowley, who has been promoted to vice president, phone products, and is relocating to Insight’s home office in New York. Woody Hutton, Insight’s senior vice president, operations, made the announcements.

Henry will oversee Insight’s operations in the Central Indiana district, which encompasses the communities of Bedford, Columbus, Greencastle, Greensburg, Greenwood, Linton, Martinsville and Seymour, Ind., serving approximately 79,000 customers. She joined Insight in February 2003 as a district marketing manager, and has served in the cable industry for 19 years.

Prior to Insight, Henry was marketing director of Comcast’s Midwest Market and North Central Region in Lansing and Grand Rapids, Mich., respectively. She has held various marketing positions with Telecommunications, Inc., E! Entertainment Television, and Storer Cable of Gloucester County, Inc. Henry began her career in cable with Comcast Cablevision of Indianapolis, Inc. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Purdue University.
