Insight Communications Promotes Greg Capranica to Senior Vice President, Illinois Operations
New York – May 21, 2001 –
Kim Kelly, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating & Financial Officer of Insight Communications, announced the recent promotion of Greg Capranica to Senior Vice President, Illinois Operations.
Prior to his promotion, Capranica joined Insight in early 2001 as District Vice President in the company’s Springfield, IL area. In his new position, Capranica oversees all operations for the Illinois expansion of Insight Midwest, the joint venture between Insight and AT&T Broadband, which closed earlier this year. In addition to all facets of managing the 420,000 customers in the state, he will also continue rebuild activity and the deployment of advanced interactive services to these communities. He will continue to be based in Springfield and will report directly to Kelly.
