There's one thing we hate more than receiving bad service. It's giving bad service. That's why we can't let up on our mission to be great at customer service.There is no excuse for being treated badly. None. Period. End of discussion. We’re customers, too and our expectations are high. We know we must meet (make that exceed) your expectations. To do that, we have invested in more advanced phone equipment, more training for our employees and we’ve even added more employees (hundreds) so you can get better service. And that’s really just the beginning of what we’re doing to get better. When you care as much as we do, you stay focused on ways to improve.
